Ed was great! He arrived at the house early and had pulled county permit information for me to review. This was around my tenth home inspection I've had done, and never have I had a home inspector show this kind of thoroughness and consideration. Knew instantly how professional the inspection would be. Ed walked me through each of the issues he found, told me for each issue what the current standards are, and what was needed to correct the issue. Report was returned to me quickly and reflected the thoroughness of the inspection.
